Our Terms of Service for ordering is simple. It is a very basic system of regulations we use to succeed in our business. They are not in place for any reason other than to keep a steady work flow and not have any mix-ups with booking and orders.

 

• After consultation and before booking, Lesliecakes requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your booked date to ensure no one else gets the date. The deposit is usually 10-30 percent and varies by order size and amount. The amount of the deposit is subtracted from the balance due later on. (ex: $50 deposit on $300 order - remaining balance is $250)

• The remaining balance owed for the order is due ONE WEEK before the date the order is due. Without payment, the order cannot be created.

• Delivery Fees: $50 within 20 miles of our location and $2 per mile over 20 miles.

• New customers are charged $10 for a consultation. After your first consultation, any after that will be completely free.

• Rush Cakes: cakes that are needed 24-48 hours from order time will be charged extra.

• We prefer two weeks or more for an order time frame, but anything can happen and we understand!
